The Nebraska Knit and Crochet Guild (NKCG) is a chapter of The Knitting Guild Association and Crochet Guild of America, established in 2006. Our mission is to promote the art of knitting and crocheting. We encourage those who wish to grow in the proficiency of their craft and strive for high levels of workmanship. We support service to our community though our crafts and teaching. All skill levels are welcome. We teach beginners! We were all beginners once.

MEMBERSHIP: January is our annual membership drive; however, you may join at any time of the year. $20 will get you 10% off non-sale items at The Yarn Shop, Yarn Charm, both in Lincoln, and Personal Threads Boutique in Omaha. there are four free education classes and Members Only events.
WEEKLY MEETUPS: Wednesday evening at Whole Foods cafeteria area from 6 pm - closing.
The 1st Wednesday of the month we can use the Kitchen classroom area. Watch for announcements on demonstrations and classes.
Thursday at Westroads children's play area outside of Dick's Sporting Goods from 10 am –Noon. Please check the Ravelry Group to confirm attendance.
Saturday at Willa Cather Library, 1905 South 44th Street from 1-4 PM.
