The Nebraska Knit and Crochet Guild (NKCG) is a chapter of The Knitting Guild Association and Crochet Guild of America, established in 2006. Our mission is to promote the art of knitting and crocheting. We encourage those who wish to grow in the proficiency of their craft and strive for high levels of workmanship. We support service to our community though our crafts and teaching. All skill levels are welcome. We teach beginners! We were all beginners once.

We meet on:
* Wednesdays from 5-8pm at Whole Foods Market in the cafe area,
10020 Regency Cir. Omaha NE.
* Saturdays from 1-4pm at Willa Cather Library in the meeting room,
1905 S. 44th St, Omaha NE
*Sundays from 4-6pm at Panera Bread near 78 & Dodge, Omaha, NE

Visitors are always welcome to all meetings, workshops and for personal assistance. No fees are charged.

January is our membership drive month. Membership entitles us to 10% off non-sale items from Personal Threads Boutique and String of Purls. Membership is $20 a year and the money is used to support the guild and to grow the guild with basic expenses like stamps, etc and web expenses like Meetup.com and webhosting. Checks may be given to any board member or mailed to: NKCG, P.O.Box 4913, Omaha, Ne. 68104.
